THIRD CLASS PUPILS ARE CYCLISTS SUPREME!
THIRD CLASS PUPILS ARE CYCLISTS SUPREME! : The boys and girls of Third Class in Ballybrown National School have just finished a 6 week training course with the Cycling Safety School. The course instructor was John Clancy who has been providing the course to children in schools all over Munster. Every Wednesday, the boys and girls of Mr Hodnett’s class learnt the principles of good road behaviour as well as basic cycling skills. As soon as Mr Clancy arrived with his van, it was time to don the high visibility jackets and cycling helmets. Last Wednesday Mr Clancy paid a special visit to the school to present each boy and girl with a personal Cycling Safety certificate and a high visibility jacket.
